Emma Cannon leads a guided meditation to help future-proof your decisions and calm your worries about the future through starting to trust your intuition. Emma is a fertility mentor, keeper of women's stories and author who is increasingly interested in the power of the mind in our journey through life. The music that soundtracks this inspirational guided meditation was composed by Lucy Walker and recorded by the BBC Singers exclusively for this episode.
I recently spoke with my dear friend Nicky Clinch on her Soul Surgery podcast. We talk about fully surrendering to what is and letting go of who we think we are, in order to come home to our highest self. Hopefully this podcast can give you strength in difficult situations and help you find that medicine that already exists inside of you to help you heal and grow.
I recently joined Serena and Sarah for Episode 21 of the Kitchen Table podcast. In this episode we talked about three of my favourite lockdown ingredients and their values within Chinese Medicine, why adopting a flexible attitude and letting go of control is imperative during lockdown and the ways nutrition has evolved and why diet culture and obsession can be damaging.
I talked to my good friend Jodie about creating a fertile existence. Tune in to hear about my views on success, staying relevant, overcoming my fear of needles and how that led to my acupuncture career, as well as my thoughts on plant medicine and herbs and how they help us to respect the planet.
Prioritising sex….over yoga!
Listen to Emma discuss the misconceptions of sex, periods, contraception, fertility and more.
Be prepared to have several “this is information I didn’t know I needed, but I’m glad I know now” moments!

This week I spoke to Madeleine Shaw on her podcast, ‘Get Your Glow Back‘. This episode is for everyone. Not just for those who are wanting to conceive and get pregnant, but also for those who actually have never thought about getting pregnant just yet. Her I talk about how important fertility is for everyone. We chat about why you need to be thinking about fertility before even wanting to get pregnant, foods to eat and not eat, how to manage PCOS and her thoughts on the contraceptive pill!
I was invited to speak with Emine & Paul Rushton on ‘This Conscious Life’. I discuss getting to the root of who we are. In this episode, we talk candidly about the stories we tell (and enforce on our selves) and the myriad ways in which we suppress our emotions. Talking about finding our truth, owning our emotions, finding healthier outlets for all that we feel, and honouring all of the passages of our lives.
Here I sit down with Izzy Judd, on her podcast ‘Let’s Talk Fertility‘. In this episode I explains how she I have bridged the gap between western medicine and complimentary therapies, to provide my own unique approach to supporting all aspects of fertility.
